Rising alt-pop star Maude Latour rounds off her most momentous year to date with new single “Reality Television.” The guitar-driven track arrives on the heels of her recently released EP 001 which solidified her status as a leading artist to watch, spawning widespread praise from the likes of The New York Times, NPR, Rolling Stone, Variety, and V Magazine, as well as her first-ever U.S. headline tour and an explosive Lollapalooza debut that landed her on the front page of the Chicago Tribune.

About the track, Maude explains, “I wrote ‘Reality Television’ at a time where I was absolutely overwhelmed and anxious. The ending of it repeats the words, ‘what if I only worried about things as they happened to me in the moment,’ a mantra to think only about life as it is around you, instead of the scarier worlds we i nvent in our minds as we worry about the future and the past. It’s a reminder that you cannot control everything around you, you must let life do its thing too. You can get through anything baby, you really can, and I believe in you.”

Maude is currently readying much more new music for 2023, so stay tuned for announcements in the new year!
