Maude Latour Shines On Latest Single "I am not the sun"

Primed for a scorching summer, rising alt-pop star Maude Latour unveils her latest synth-spiked single “I am not the sun.” Under the spell of new love, the track is the latest from Maude’s forthcoming EP Twin Flame —out June 9 — crafted to soundtrack her real-life budding romance. As rays of melody peek through the haze, her voice barely cracks a whisper on the song as she promises, “You’re everything I ever wanted.”
“I am not the sun” follows recent fan favorites “Lunch” and “Heaven” which incited critical praise right out the gate, including Rolling Stone, Billboard, and V Magazine raved, “a whimsical indie-pop piece that was tailor-made as a soundtrack for falling in love.”
Next up, she’s gearing up for a series of festival appearances this summer, including BottleRock Napa Valley this may and Bleached Festival this August. Most notably, she will deliver what promises to be an unforgettable performance (her first!) at Governors Ball in her hometown of New York City this June.
