Edmonton Dancer Makes Way to LA LA Land!
We had the fortune of speaking with Abbygale Chung on our show, but now she has big news - She's headed to Los Angeles! Chung recently signed with Bloc Talent - one of LA's premier commercial dance representatives (they represent talents such as Travis Wall, Marty Kudelka, and Natalie Gilmore).
Chung is no stranger to the industry. She's been in music videos since the age of 11. Chung's also done commercials, campaigns, and she just appeared in a Lifetime movie. At the age of 15, Chung booked a major opportunity as a dancer for Janet Jackson at the Edmonton stop of her Unbreakable World Tour.
"It has been a long time in the making, and many sacrifices were made along the way."
Los Angeles has a lot in store for Chung. Working with David Moore and CJ Salvador, she'll be a principal dancer. Alongside David, she'll be a principal dancer for his upcoming projects, including the Hollywood Vibe Tour Dance Convention. This convention is one of the most esteemed training conventions in the US. With CJ Salvador Chung will be a principal dancer for his dance convention tour, Artists Simply Human (ASH). This convention has a staff that consists of prominent choreographers and creative directors who have made a mark on the dance industry.
With Bloc Agency, Chung hopes to elevate and grow in the commercial dance world.
"My 5-year goal is to tour with a renowned recording artist, perform in feature films and continue working with industry professionals in live shows."
