“That’s why I don’t write for other people. I write for myself. It’s like the value for me is like, like, ‘see me. See me, who I am not how I look, not how you think of me, not what my Instagram is, see what I am. And do with it what you will, but you will see how I actually am.’ And so for me, creativity, and the reason why I do it is it’s just a continuous assertion that I exist.”
