We’re excited to be hosting Jackie Castro in the lounge this week! She made her musical debut as part of a musical trio with her brothers, Castro, in 2016. The group was doing really having a #1 single on the Singer/Songwriter charts on iTunes and touring with acts like Andy Grammer and Gavin DeGraw. Wanting to develop her artistry within the pop community, she moved to Nashville to start her solo career. Since then she’s released a few singles and collaborations, her latest one being with renowned DJ Dipha Barus titled, “Flowers.” She shares the story of her journey to becoming a solo artist, what working with her siblings was like, and we talk about embracing your worth in this industry.
