Drummer Set Free - Tyler Zarzeka
Truth be told, I was a little embarrassed I didn’t know who Tyler Zarzeka was earlier. He’s drummed for some of my musical favorites, yet I had no idea until my co-producer and friend Vee told me about him. A few podcast episode binges and interview reads later, I was entranced and captivated by his story.
With some encouraging guidance from his dad, Tyler attended the Musicians Institute in California. Shortly after he worked with Center Staging, a major production backline company, Tyler then worked as a drum tech for acts like Usher, Jay Z, Hanson and Demi Lovato. In 2014, he made the decision to pursue what he really loved - drumming. Since then he’s drummed for artists like Charlie Puth, Kiiara, Noah Cyrus and currently with Taylor Grey.
